Crafting ask: Make his dream gun for his dream client!! Could be enchanted.
[ Ya know, this is gonna sound weird but it's been so long since Mega (or I by extension) have been given privilege's to make a weapon from scratch for someone from the ground up. Usually everyone has an idea what they want already and just tell Mega what they need stats wise, like rapid fire, long neck rifles, pistol styles, etc., that sort of thing. So, this is a really tough one. However, since this'll be for an unnamed client, I'mma go off of something I've always wanted to make for Mega but never got to do and it's heavily influenced from Rip Van Winkle from the Hellsing OVA series. Here's a clip giving some insight on what I'm talking about in case I can't explain it properly. :D The second weapon is more similar to the Smart Guns in Cyberpunk 2077, but it doesn't just lock on and go automatically as opposed to Mega's requires the target to first be hit or 'tagged' by a Beacon round before the Seeker rounds try to home in on it. Thanks for the ask @trixcuomo! ]
Megahes returns to his workbench to find another work order that magically arrived. He hums and takes it up, giving a slight hum as he began before he stopped to consider what he was given liberty to create. There were already so many different ideas running into his mind that he was having to force himself to stop and narrow his considerations. For now, he takes to the table and pulls out several papers for drawing up blueprints and begins to write while he hustles to a bookshelf lining one of his office walls to reference magical and metal materials while taking them back to his workbench, in short order, he had a stack of half a dozen open books to various bits of interest for magical enchantments, metals to be used and power sources and runes and he was hard at work drawing up the weapons. Once done, he stops and slides the two apart. One was a longnecked revolver styled sniper rifle, intended to hold high caliber rounds but with limited ammo capacity and a slower reload time that was in exchange for high firepower and distance firing. The trick to that weapon would require a magically trained individual to manipulate the enchanted rounds so they could move the bullet as need be at the additional cost of personal mana consumption. The other was more of an automatic rifle designed to fire off homing rounds that would attract seeker rounds. While it would require a target or targets to be hit first with the Homing Beacon Round, the subsequent alternate fire of Seeker Rounds would be magically drawn to the beacon thanks to their enchantments. However they'd lack the manipulation like the earlier model weapon would have, but the high increase rate of fire and ammo capacity with better reload time would offset that... He pauses, not entirely sure which one would be better, so he stops and looks at both weapon designs. "Only one thing to do." Over the course of the next several hours, Megahes assembles the needed parts and begins to assemble one of each weapon and a sample of ammunition for testing as well. Once the weapons are completed, he gives a bright smile, proud of himself. He takes to letter, just as he did for the tool set he made before. "It brings me pride to be given creative jurisdiction over a weapon that can defend and take lives. It's because of this pride and creative liberty that I have created not one but two weapons. I will incorporate photographs of each weapon and include information about each in case you wish to order one or both of them. Keep in mind, these are barebones weapons with no additional attachments or personal customizations such as scopes and/or stocks, grips, etcetera. Whenever you are ready, please reach out and we will commence with live fire testing of both weapons so you can decide which one you prefer or if you'd rather take both of them home with you once we're finished!
