Okay, but like...
1920s/Old Hollywood AU where silent film star Jimmy Shurley (ne Castiel Novak) is in a marriage of convenience with his friend and frequent co-star Charlie Bradbury (who is actually in a worst-kept-secret relationship with socialite/adventurer Dorothy Baum). Dean is an aspiring actor whose current job is being man-candy at local hot spot the Purgatory Club. I don’t know where to go with this, I just want to put everyone in nice suits.
So the bad news about this episode is that Dean didn't get the psychic exposition we were all gunning for with the tarot card placement. The good news is that it proves HOW MUCH PRODUCTION MATTERS. How much in the text and subtext is held up by props, lighting, etc., and how these placements are simply NOT accidental.

Fluffy Headcanon: Cas becomes human, and Dean starts cooking like whoa. Chili, french toast, spaghetti & meatballs- pure comfort food. Cas gains like 10 pounds in no time. Cas feels sluggish so he starts working out with Sam (maybe even Eileen) and with three gym rats in the bunker, Dean has to acknowledge that turkey burgers exist. Dean starts eating better/taking care of himself more because he now has a reason to live longer. (But he still loves when someone asks him to make chili or pie.)
So much yes! Sam also has to get over his clean eating issues, food is such a huge exposition for emotions and such a huge meta point in this show, I love it :)
So all of them being relatively healthy whilst not obsessive, keeping fit... SO MUCH YES :)

So I was wrong that she had the footage the entire time, but she was the one who sent it to Sparks. Mickey had the footage that was recently sent to her… so it very well could have been found due to all the recent archive-plumbing that you mentioned. Fascinating!
