Many people have asked whether this is a bug. I can now safely confirm that this is not and that particular quests must be completed before you can move on to new quests with Smurfs Village 1.2.0

A lot of people have asked this question, and even I initially thought that this was another bug from Smurfs Village 1.2.0. This clears up the air..
I had the similar problem earlier, not being able to place Architect Smurfs Hut on the island for this very same reason. This is not a bug!
The latest update of Smurfs Village from Beeline with more new smurfs and more exciting quests. Also, you now can change the appearance of your smurf huts through handy's smurfs workshop
Another smurfy update already available before we are even done with the 1.1.9. How nice, this update adds on more gifting features and decorative options.
To the Smurfy fans, they will be pleased to know that Beeline has launched another update on this addictive game with 2 more new Smurfs to the family and interestingly the option to decorate and modify each Smurfy hut now.
