What would cult verse entail??? Im curious

today, on ‘zick is back at plotting au bullshit’:

someone finding out about Chris’s powers/inhumanity/role as savior and believing she is a goddess or some kind of higher being who is trapped in a physical body and is currently unable to unleash her destructive her powers and cause the Apocalypse they are awaiting for. probably the cult has existed for a while and was just waiting to find their god. Chris is kidnapped and ‘helped’ to come back to her original greatness (probably via drugs because it’d be the only way to prevent her from wrecking havoc and freeing herself)

She was not a Chain, either, or else he would have recognized her aura. Sitting on top of a decayed giant dollhouse, Black King stared at the blonde girl standing in the water three meters below him, wondering, wondering, wondering. She was a mystery, and he would gladly solve it. It had been a while since anyone peculiar had descended in those depths, and letting that chance escape would have been stupid, to say the least. His wings were still, ready to beat at the first sign of danger.

My Opinion on;

Character in general: ALL OF HER CHARACTERS ARE GREAT???? like wow i’ve never really seen the witch archetype done up in this manner and it IS SO HELLAHow they play them: it has this amazing concept already like i said and the thing about them is that there’s this very nicely balanced symmetry between adelheid and madchen and they just feel so there while still retaining their lofty conceptual natures like… ugh how does toh do it HOW DO YOU DO ITThe Mun: SPEAKING OF TOH……. SHE IS THE SWEETEST I LOVE HER & I’M SO GLAD I FOLLOWED…. like bruh thank you for being my friend also i’m reading that book you recc’d me and i’m really loving it you are a gem

     her confession caught him by surprise - a feeling which soon appeared in his eyes as he turned in her direction. “That’s quite an—unexpected discovery. Unless you are so—nice to me only because you—want to eat me—raw.” That thought amused him. Seeing other beings trying to put an end to his life once for all was quite an entertainment. He had been given a physical body fit to his essence. Immortal, luring, difficult to destroy. His words, though, were a mere joke. His host did not seem to have bad intentions, and in return - for once - he would be as nice to her. Havoc was not his domain tonight. Sitting by the fire with a pleasant companion and a good conversation sounded perfect. 

     See? He could be a real gentleman sometimes.

     “I’d like—it, thanks. It’s been a long—day for me.” Slowly Etienne moved towards the source of the sound he had just heard. His hand roamed tentative in the air, then his movements grew more confident when his fingertips brushed against a wooden surface. A table, he thought. Using it as point of reference, Sin moved around it till he found the chair reserved to him. He sat down and sighed in pleasure. Finally some rest for his ( apparently ) young ( but instead old, so very old ) legs. “I hope you’ll forgive—my slowness,” he said. He looked right in front of himself. Had he been able to see, he would have noticed he was staring at nothing but the wall. “The eyes of this—body have always been very—useless.”

“Wh-where am I?!” 

She’d done it again. She’d wandered somewhere without any memory of how she’d gotten there. The villagers called her witch and the children threw rocks at her, and the girl could only sob and run until she forgot why she weeped in the first place. She would return to the village the next day, and the children would be gone, and the adults would call her demon, killer, cursed. Her memory would grow hazy then, as it often did when she was upset. The cycle would repeat and the girl would wake up with blood on her hands but be unable to process what she had done.

The mind did what it had to do to protect itself. So she forgot, and the girl lived this way -- innocent, anxious, lost. She hitched up her dress and stumbled her way through the woods, calling out in intervals and looking for civilization or a sign of another person.

     They react to magic, and magic reacts to them. It's inevitable, for once they have been magic, have been — a spirit ruling in the mountains, a thing living in thoughts and dreams, closer to a god than they are to a human, and neither fully.

     Now, they are none of that, a cloud, a swarm trapped at their host, but they do remember magic, and they are drawn to it like a moth is to light. As likely, they will burn their wings at it, too, even if the other (creature thing girl?) seems to be closer to them yet again. Magic, but not fully.

     Or maybe, just more than that.

     They still — dark shadows dancing over their host's skin, holding, buzzing lightly. They hide better, usually, but see no need to it now. Curious, crocked mind. Silent, as for a lack as to what to say. A child in the awe of wonders — a spirit that had forgotten how to feel like itself.
