The glaives is an OC Tribe of mine that was the precursor of the Menagerie Guard. A lot of their members are avian with large wings or aquatic Faunus with gills, so they prefer to live along the cliffs.

The Tribe weapon was specifically designed to restrain large Grimm so the Tribe can kill them. It has very little defensive capabilities, the Tribe prefers to use their optimize their Faunus traits, making them incredibly agile.

The blade can be used as swords though its meant to tear and dig into the skin/terrain, making it difficult to wield.

The weapon is very punishing, one wrong move and it leaves the user open to attacks or even unarmed.

welp. i made the Glaives a lil too hot. I’m also surprised at how androgynous Azure turned out, she actually has a kid lol. Arctic is mostly mute and communicates via sign language. Her gills does weird things with her voice and its hard for her to speak out of water. she also has a cybernetic tail but i’ll draw that later lol
