Day 3 of #UntangleMe 🌼🐍🌀is #ArdhaPadmaPadangusthasana with eagle arms . This pose is far more challenging than it looks! For some reason, my butt kept lifting off the heel and I felt myself having to lean forward slightly to find balance. Definitely one pose I will revisit and work on because maybe if I'm more mindful when in the pose, it would be better? Still the mind, still the body 💕 .
