D&D characters from a campaign I run for friends!  Captain Maulfang, the half-orc, half-goliath Captain of the Obsidia Legion. He likes his soldiers, his scars, and tea. He doesn't like his siblings. and then Ares Teacup, a barbarian goliath with very little intelligence and a desire to be a paladin to help others! (and Sabriel next to Ares, his beautiful aasimar druid companion)

I realized I never posted my most beloved boy to Tumblr ;_ ;! This is my DnD character Sabriel (ft his self-proclaimed paladin Ares) ! He’s an aasimar currently a level 7 Circle of the Moon Druid. 

Sabriel is a young man, new to the land of Elyssias (our homebrew dnd world made by our lovely dm @siobhanchiffon). He is shy, easily embarrassed, and a bit naive. He learned fast on his adventures that he has to become stronger both physically and mentally. He’s tenacious in terms of resolve. He has an upper class kind of air to him and it really shows when he doesn’t get what he wants.

Sabriel & Ares in their beautiful home during their later years. 

This isn’t canon in our DnD game yet, but if Sabriel reaches level 18 he gains the Timeless Body ability as a druid and his body only ages 1 year for every 10 years that pass. Basically, he becomes immortal and his love isn’t :(

Will Ares and Tokki meet? Do they know each other? Help I’m lost in all these characters connections, but I love all of them. <3

I had them meet in a Priest Tokki AU and....Well. well. i’ll let this comic speak for itself AHAHAHAHA

I can't get over that Ares' last name is teacup, which I hope is a pun because of his size, regardless if it is or not I'm just going to cry about it for an hour because it's amazing

AW THANK YOUUUU AHAH!! Ares’ goliath clan gave the Teacup name to his father’s family because of how weak/fragile/small they were as goliaths!  Ares aligns himself to his mother’s side of the family, saying all the good parts of him are from her -- his good looks, his hair, his strength, are all from his mom. :-))

Is Ares considered Medium or Large? He looks Big(tm) so I'm thinking Large...

He Is Very Large, he’s over 8 feet tall, almost 300 lbs!! EDIT: HE’S 500LBS. He’s a Goliath from a mountain tribe. he also likes to say he’s the prettiest goliath, taking after his strong, beautiful mother, because he was able to grow a small mohawk of hair which is rare for goliaths!!
