this just in! ARIA GOMEZ has just been spotted in town. Wait. You don’t know who SHE is? the 35 year old DANCE INSTRUCTOR has been in town for, like, HER ENTIRE LIFE. they’re known to be quite IRREVERENT, but being INDEPENDENT seems to balance that out. or maybe it’s the fact that they resemble LINDSEY MORGAN. personally, i’d love to know more about them seeing as how they’ve got those LIVING IN WORKOUT CLOTHES, HAIR PULLED BACK IN PONYTAILS, STRONG BUT EXHAUSTED MOM vibes. and maybe i’ll get my chance if i hang out around BRIGHTSIDE long enough!

aria was born the second child and only daughter in the gomez household. by all accounts, she was a spoiled child, constantly getting herself into scrapes, most of which resulted from attempting to follow her brother around.
from a young age, she was sporty, trying her hand at a variety of different sports, though the thing that most held her heart was dance. aria joined dance teams, competing on her schools’ dance teams, and even working in the local dance studio throughout the summer.
in school, outside of sports, aria was unremarkable – the kind of student who barely scraped by. she was more often than not just barely keeping afloat, struggling not to get in trouble so that she wouldn’t get kicked off the team.
seven years ago, aria’s daughter, alicia, was born. while she was definitely unplanned, alicia is the most important person in aria’s life.
she currently works as a dance instructor, teaching ballet and hip hop to young children. it isn't what she imagined her life would be like, but she does enjoy the work. aria is hoping to one day open her own studio.
