Arissouknowndeath & Arissohospitaldeath, an Arissodeath(link) term that refers to a disconnect a person feels towards their own life state, and believes in some regard that they are dead to being unknown( and/or hospital) rather than how if bodily is, this can be delusional or IRL attachments, being an alter that has said thing permanently while the body doesn't, psychosis, etc. This is not a for "fun" label or a voluntary "I wanna be this ✨️", this also doesn't override external state of being and is to merely acknowledge the disconnect.
