it drives me crazy when people take ONE frame of the photoset and make it black and whit. Like why the fuck would you do that?
the same people that consider the images in their photosets their creation. like somehow making a still from a movie pink suddenly means they created it, hahaha.

me too - using flanders? (if not which monitor, looking to get a new one)
i admittedly know nothing about monitors (my grading experience has been limited to say the least). the one i'm using is in my school's editing lab and apparently they kinda suck because we have classrooms specifically for color grading where they have better monitors and projectors.

it's for the program AVID which is what the editing students learn on. i've literally never even opened the program.

How do you like it? I’ve been avoiding it…
i've used it to (poorly) color everything i've done in the last couple years. i've always hated the program because it has a pretty rough learning curve and it always fought me on everything, but the class i'm taking actually clarified it a lot for me and now i'm more confident in doing (at least) simple grading with ease.
