2. What is your patronus? Well on the Pottermore quiz I got a rhinoceros. I don’t really...get it, personally. But the visual image of a rhino stampeding down Dementors is fucking great, so that’s something. Also your patronus isn’t something you’re supposed to be able to predict...so maybe that’s right, really. Either way the quiz was fucking beautiful.

15. What would you see when faced with a boggart? Honestly? I have no idea. I feel, like Ron, it could be a spider? But I’m not entirely sure. Maybe it would be change. But that doesn’t have a physical form, does it? So it would probably be a spider. Fuck spiders.

16. What image would you think of to fight your boggart? Well, assuming it’s a spider I...don’t know. Definitely not rollerskates. And a legless spider is, well it’s not more creepy, but it’s still creepy as hell. Maybe it would be stuck in jelly. Who knows? When I think about spiders my reaction is either “run” or “crush, kill, destroy” how do you make that funny? This is...this is too hard. Fine, a spider on goddamn rollerskates.

25. Would you enter your name in the Triwizard tournament? Um, yes. Listen, that tournament would be scary as fuck to compete in, but I don’t think I could resist the temptation of finding out if I could have been picked as champion. Like, it’s way too tempting to find out if I could be worthy, I’d have to know. Even though the answer would be no, I’d still be way too tempted to find out. (Also: the tournament would be a pretty great character building experience, without any Voldemort-business.)

re: cool stuff: i'm in dublin rn for a semester abroad and this place is just covered in layers of history. my walk to class takes me past the city council building, the construction of which unearthed loads of ancient viking artifacts (coins, jewelry, daggers, etc). the city council still wanted to built there, though, so they refused to designate it a heritage site and went ahead with construction. they embedded bronze casts of the artifacts in the sidewalk to appease protesters. crazy stuff!
