This is her casual dress she’s mostly seen wearing as she likes being approachable. Her wings drape over her like a small cape, and can be ‘bright to life’ so to speak at any time. Her hair in the back is super long but she can use magic to braid it and put it in an updo to be out of the way.
the crown just floats. it just does that.
