i just need to get this hc out of my brain, i feel like art would be a frat guy and popular bcs he act do something in college except partying and he would kinda be oblivious to the girls trying to dig their nails on him LMAO
no ‘cause this is so real. Art never gave me the “party animal” vibes… he’s popular just because he’s nice to basically everyone in the whole campus. He probably doesn’t even care about having a relationship since he’s so focused on his tennis career while balancing his grades. So whenever girls approach him he doesn’t think much of it, he’s maybe too available and girls tend to take that as an interest towards them… and he’s way too nice to reject them.
This kinda makes me want to write tutor art x popular reader…let me know what you think!!!!
xx
Art The Clown Headcanons
(Warning these are my opinions!)
𖤐: He's non verbal autistic little guy
𖤐: He age regresses (it makes sense to me cause of the first movie)
𖤐: Reason he's autistic again is cause he stims a lot (and I do mean a lot)
𖤐: When he was human he would go to the circus a lot.
𖤐: I like to think he's a rejected clown that's why he uses a clown persona.
𖤐: He loves animals (I don't remember he ever kills them but if he does that doesn't stop him from loving them to me)
𖤐: I seem him aroace personally ( I'm aroace so shoot me)
𖤐: He doesn't care about gender (I mean come on he wears a girls skin-)
𖤐: When he was human he would get bullied a lot for being nonverbal. Which actually probably made him more vicious to people who are even just slightly rude with him.
𖤐: I realised I don't think anyone ever gave him a name. And only call him art. I think his name would have been Arthur. :3 cause like short Arthur to Art. And boom.
𖤐: Art favorite color would be yellow
𖤐: He gets overstimulated easily especially with noise. (Samesies)
𖤐: He has a biting problem. Not cause of canablism but his biting problem made him learn that he is one(was one? Cause he becomes a demon so idk-)
𖤐: He would use note cards to talk
𖤐: He would be heavily sarcastic (body language and with the note cards)
𖤐: If he was friends with you he would be clingy with affections
𖤐: He loves to celebrate the holidays
𖤐: When he was a child he would be skittish. (That's why he hates loud noises) (edit: it's not the only reason but it made it worse kind of deal.)
(I honestly should write him a backstory for funzies)
I can't come up with anymore rn but feel free to comment your own headcanons or even debate with mine (as long you are kind about it)
Chipmunks and Chipettes art skills headcanons.
Eleanor’s art skills are okay, but not something she’s particularly proud of. She’s more into sewing than drawn art. Though she dabbles. Her favorite things to draw are diagrams and charts with a tiny bit of artistic flare. Also, she makes detailed sports plays.
Brittany’s art skills are confined to mainly fashion designs and when asked to draw literally anything else she flounders bigtime even though she definitely COULD DO IT. My girl needs to BRANCH out. She loves color and much like Alvin is VERY meticulous about color and design. Though, unlike Alvin, she’d rather follow a simple color palette than a wild and messy rainbow one.
My Simon prefers more structured 3D art projects, mock-ups, and blueprints. He also likes things like making leaf collages with Theo. Simon struggles a lot with art, having to fight his perfectionist tendencies and accept his skill levels for drawing things that aren’t mechanical or geometric…is rather low.
Theo does ALL the art stuff! Drawing, sculpting, painting, paper mache, ect! He is always proud of his accomplishments too and his outside the box thinking shows up a LOT in his art. Sure, he knows that the things he draws don’t always look as accurate as he hoped, but that doesn’t stop him. He just keeps making art because it makes him happy!
Jeanette is one of those people who loves what she’s making while she makes it, but then starts to doubt the quality of it afterwards. Her favorite forms of art are painting and pastel pictures. She also is an avid writer which is technically an art. She and Alvin often tell each other how impressive and amazing their projects are, to help them build confidence in their abilities.
As for my version of Alvin…What he thinks of his art is different every day.
When he’s in Classic mode, he just random doodles for fun and without a care and makes some dang professional looking stuff.
In 2.0 mode he is a LOT more meticulous about his color/design/proportions and more focused on building his skills than actually enjoying the process. Which leads him to get frustrated with the process when he can’t produce anything he feels meets his incredibly high standards
When he’s the perfect blend between the two, he can really make comic books like no tomorrow. Being somewhat meticulous in his choices and design elements while also accepting that it isn’t going to look exactly as he planned and that’s okay. He can still have fun and be proud of the end result.
Some days, he just has to say “this is not a good art day” and walk away and come back later when he’s more relaxed.
Completely unrelated Nemi and Giyuu hc’s
I js wanted to draw Sanemi crying 💀

Linh and Keefe friendship!
UHM YES
The two of them actually have quite a bit in common, believe it or not. They have the same tastes in movies, stories, and art.
They bond the most over the art thing. So much. Keefe loves Van Gogh but Linh is definitely more a Vermeer fan.
They both loathe elven art. It's just so... bland. They look at it and see nothing but a photograph, with nothing added to it. There's no emotion that leaks through, no understanding of reality, it looks like it was slapped onto a canvas and then that's it. And they talk about this, quite a lot. Keefe argues that that's the whole point of art, to make you feel something big and huge and important, while Linh believes that it all comes down to the hand-tweaked details that have taken hours of time to get just right. Linh thinks it's the effort that goes into human artwork that is the most important bit, whereas Keefe thinks it's the huge, unruly emotions. Hence their favorite human artists.
Linh paints. She really loves watercolors, just because she can control so much of it, and she creates perfect scenes, far beyond the limits of Keefe's patience. Every scene she paints is reality, but more real. Everything has such care put into the flow of the paint and the drip of the color that you cannot help but feel surrounded in whatever she has created.
When Keefe draws, he focusses on faces, people, body parts, hands. He works hard and long on his shading, on his shapes, on the entire feeling of the person he's creating. He likes the way bodies look, from just a singular, aesthetic sort of way. Linh gets that. Linh Song, my beautiful aro-ace hydrokinetic, really gets that.
The two of them don't hang out a lot one on one, but they're friends. They smile when they walk past each other, and offer each other critiques on their art.
Keefe loves having someone who has different opinions on art, and Linh loves having a person around who can like, actually draw both the other eye and a hand or two.
Eventually, the two of them get together and create one of the most epic paintings you've ever seen. Keefe drew the outline, and worked on the shadows for almost days, trying to get it just right, and Linh took hours with the watercolors.
When it's done, they both take a step back and admire their work.
Linh takes it home, because Keefe claims there's nowhere in candleshade for it to go. Linh thinks he just doesn't want it anywhere near his father.
She can't blame him for that. After all, she knows exactly what it feels like to want to stay as far away from your parents as physically possible. She understands him.
Just like she knows he understands her.
Their painting hangs above her and Tam's fireplace.
