Recovering bit by bit, restarting.

Trying to get back into working on art more often. I’ve been out of the loop for so long. I joined tumblr recently in part as an effort to get myself going again. Physically, physio and chiropractic seems to be helping and I’m a bit more mobile. Mentally, a switch in meds seems to be ok at maintaining, not the best, but better than it was. Overall I can’t work too long at a go, gotta figure out how to break projects/things down or I’ll feel the repercussions afterwards and be laid up in pain, losing any time I had gained. That said, there are plenty of things I would like to do one day, in no particular order:

Re-start Etsy account and sell custom pencil pet portraits again. (animals/dogs in pencil are my thing, I do this locally, currently)

Sculpt tabletop minis of each character from Jem and the Holograms, the Misfits, and if my body allows, the Stingers. (no particular character/group order - Kimber done, currently working on Pizzazz)

Draw or sculpt the video/fantasy characters from Jem #1, especially Aja’s armor.

Sculpt stripper pole Jem. (see previous post on vid of Jem swiveling down the mic stand)

Draw that Jem art nouveau poster from the Jem show (again, see previous post) and other Jem posters shown in the shown. Been meaning to do that for ages.

Draw a cute pic of Kimber and Stormer that doesn’t suck.

Keep drawing until I figure out how to draw humans that don’t suck.

There are tons more ideas, but you get it, learn to draw things that don’t suck. ;P
