What sort of disposition do tenrecs have compared to African pygmy hedgies? I have had quite a few hedgies and love their sweetness and how much they love to snuggle. Are tenrecs similar?

Honestly I wouldn’t describe the average hedgehog as sweet and loving to snuggle. Sounds like you got lucky there! In general, tenrecs are much easier to handle, friendlier and more social - they are less inclined to huff and ball up, and more easy going. I’d say they are more eager to bite though when provoked (whereas a hedgehog would just ball up), although that has never happened to me nor have my animals ever bitten anyone else except for Salsa who thinks stranger’s fingers are food sometimes.

Mine are all great snugglers but only in hibernation season, the other half of the year they are way too active to sit still for long.

I kinda wish sometimes that they hid more casting decisions/plotlines from public more often. Finding out secrets/plot twists at the same time the characters do rarely happenany more. It would have been cool to be able to speculate who Nia was or what was going on with Sam rather than having a general idea of what was going to happen before the seasons even started. You cant even really say if you know the comics you'l figure it out because they really only notionally pull from the comics

i mean above all i cant relate because i love knowing things but also: revealing  information was a necessity w the two characters you mentioned and i think in general SG does not reveal overwhelming amounts of information outside of the show that would prevent fan theorizing or seriously restrict it (see: Sam lol), only as much as their marketing necessitates. also it occurs to me that the last time there were Real Big plot twists that the audience would have no previous knowledge of or no way to really guess were towards the very beginning of S1, namely Alex’s identity as a DEO agent and Hank’s unmasking as J’onn, and both of those werent even known to the actors themselves (or in J’onn’s case, even planned before lol) + maybe Lillian’s identity in S2.

I’ve actually answered this before! lol, using ranks as they are in the show:Sisko is my Captain, Kira for first officer, Worf is tactical officer, Tasha is security chief, Ezri is the ships counselor, Beverly is the chief doctor, Ogawa is the nurse, B’Elanna for chief engineer, Ro and Sulu for helmsman/nav team, Uhura for communications, Harry for ensign but he’ll get promoted soon I fucking swear it, and Guinan for the non-starfleet person who hangs out at the mess hall in every show.

Question: I, a known huge gay, may have been quite zeroed in on Charlotte and Isabella to notice literally any other interaction Charlotte had but like...where is the Charlotte/Noah ship coming from? I remember they banged that one time and conspired during the Virgin ball thing but I genuinely can't remember them interacting much outside of that. I felt he had nice chemistry with Harriet and seemed to rush to Emily's when he heard the place was in trouble.

I don’t particularly ship Charlotte/Noah (no more than I particularly ship Charlotte/Isabella), so I may not be the best person to ask — can’t provide the most passionate explanation, y’know? But I think a lot of it comes from (1) the chemistry between Noah and Charlotte in the scenes they’ve had so far, as well as (2) a belief that they have a lot in common in terms of social class, personality, occupation, and other things that could form the basis for a relationship. One of the obstacles, as I see it, between Charlotte and Isabella having a lasting relationship is that they come from very different worlds. Their are certain threads of experience and purpose that enable them to connect with one another, but they’re very different in terms of social class, upbringing, lifestyle … We see this disconnect at the end of 2.04 when Charlotte points out that where she’s going (the tavern back home) isn’t really somewhere Isabella would want to go. Noah and Charlotte don’t have all of the same perspectives and don’t come from exactly the same background, but they both come from the working class, both have worked in the sex industry in some capacity, and both have sort of bold, daring personalities.

So, overall, I think it’s a ship that’s based partially in those few scenes so far, but also a lot in just who the characters are as people. A ship based in potential. But I agree that Noah and Harriet have nice chemistry too, and he does seem to be into her! I would be fine with either of these relationships developing further.
