first of all id kill for you thank you so much i love when people show me critters, second of all woaghhhh im fairly certain thats a jewel beetle which would make sense if it was a gift,,, ,, this is so cool im so happy fun fact about them their larva looks like a worm with a big ass head

they can also delay their larval development for literal YEARS and i mean like over 25 years,,,,, what weirdos

14. favorite extinct arthropod?

probably the giant sea scorpion! I'm a really big scorpion fan in general, so finding out that there were gigantic prehistoric scorpions that lived underwater was almost too cool to be true.

38. if you could put together an outfit based on a bug, who would be your muse?

the ringed tortoise beetle! I really love gold and black together, and then the clear part could be something sheer. I think you could make a really elegant outfit with that combination. plus the pattern it has is really cool.
