Jason: “Hey, I thought that was you, Red!  Did you come looking for me?” *wriggles eyesbrows*  “Couldn’t stay way, could you?” Poppy: “Hi, Jason.  Take it easy on the pick-up tactics, will you?  I didn’t come here to flirt.” Jason: “Oh?  What’s up?” Poppy: “Well, you were telling me about the ROTC program at Newcrest.  I know I’m not a student here and the school year will be over in a few months but I thought I could do some networking, maybe make some plans for after high school.” Jason: “Sure.  I’ll introduce you to some people.”

Ash: “Typical Jason, a pretty girl walks by and he deserts us.  How are we suppose to play with three people?”

Ellie: *sigh*

Rita: “If you sigh any harder you’re going to pull something.  You should just tell him how you feel.” Ellie: *flustered* “W...what do you mean?  Ash and I are just friends, Rita.  We’ve been friends forever.” Rita: “Sure, Ellie...friends.”

Ash: “Hey!  There’s Rita.  Come play football with us, Tiny.  We need a fourth man.” Rita: “Call me Tiny again and you’ll find your football crammed up your-” Ash: *interrupting - amused* “Okay, okay, ‘Rita’, I get your point.  Are you playing or not?” Rita: *grudgingly* “Fine.” Ash: “Hi, El!  We walking home together later?

Ellie: “Of course!”
