Mary-Jane was enjoying herself despite complaining all week about attending to the ball. She usually gets nervous when she thinks about spending an entire evening with strangers, but after a few drinks, she became more relaxed even though her cheeks were flushed. As a result, her attention was also less focused on her feet. She felt a weird pull on the seams of her waist when the long skirt of her gown got caught up beneath her heels. As she palmed her flanks, looking for any popped buttons, she was horrified to discover she had ruined at least three of them. In an attempt to keep her dress together, she reached for her wand, mentally listening to all of the sewing charms she learned at some point in her life. She had a shaky hand due to the alcohol and the crippling fear of ruining her clothes and ending up half-naked. She pulled the pieces together and walked to an almost empty corner "Excuse me..." She took a deep breath and ran her shaky hand through her styled hair "Can you help me fix this? Apparently, my aim is terrible tonight."
