Wonder stayed concious the whole time, regaining his memories of the past timeloops since it was now broken.
Teenage boy who has been trapped in a timeloop watching everyone he loves die hundreds of times over, having to be alone for 3,700 years? Not a good idea.
He was revived in the Kingdom of Might, and lwk agreed with Tsukasa because he's seen PLENTY of evil adults.
After they joined the Kingdom of Science, while building the Perseus, the general's mentioned needing someone with agricultural knowledge. Yusuke brought up Haru, Wonder thought of Ashiya. They found Ashiya first.
Ashiya was reasonably confused by Wonder's change in personality, how much less happy-go-lucky he had become. The two still stick together
The reason they revived someone who has knowledge in botany was so they could grow the corn if they found it. Xeno threw a wrench into that plan.
Fast forward to South America arc, during Stanley's assult. Ashiya is downed while attempting to draw attention away from Senku + co. Wonder sees. He doesn't do too well in the Second Petrification.
During the Moon Mission arc, he's very attached to Ashiya, afraid of losing him once more. Ashiya helps him get over the trauma he's willing to talk about.
Epilogue, they're comfortably living together. Ashiya helps study the plants of this new world, teaching local kids about them. Wonder helps Hyoga + the others teach about self-defense
