Mad appreciation post for my homie Ashley @spero_art ! She just spent the last week here at my family orchard in Quilmana, as our very first “Artist in Residence”! The painting she channelled on the wall of my parent’s house came out so magical and potent! I am beyond stoked, honoured and grateful! Mostly though, I appreciate her true friendship, especially at this low moment in my journey. She is both compassionate and brutally honest, which is what I need sometimes to learn things I didn’t know before. The help and support of my wise female friends these days has been invaluable in my process of learning and growing.
