I am I SWEAR, I was just working at a summer camp for the last month and had absolutely no free time, but the next chapter will be out within the month! School is starting up again for me which means I’m doing a lot of cleaning and organizing my life right now, but I was actually planning on writing more tonight! The character I least understand - one of the things I love about this show is I am able to understand most of the characters motivations on some level even if they are twisted.

Interactions I enjoy the most - Peggy and Jarvis! My favourite duo forever. It’s so nice to see platonic male & female relationships with depth! And I can quote all their scenes together 🥰

Character who scares me the most - Whitney Frost! Her power is literally terrifying, and her intelligence only enhances that.

The character who is most like me - Gonna have to say Peggy, I relate to the bullheadedness and stubbornness in order to keep everyone safe. And the sarcasm.

Hottest Looks Character - it’s an incredible looking cast, but Daniel Sousa is my type to a T

One thing I dislike about my favourite character - how he treats Peggy in the interrogation scene. I can understand it from Sousa's point of view but its one of the only times in the whole show where I want to throttle him!

one thing i like about my hated character - I don't hate any of them? But the whole Hugh Jones thing when Peggy kept wiping his memory, I liked that each one liner was different.

a quote or scene that haunts me - the whole Peggy and Jarvis argument in desert makes me cry every time, because they're both grieving what is, was and what they have lost and it just makes me want to give them both a hug

This is definitely my SidSophie brain overthinking things, but I was musing on the song choice for Sophie and Jesse’s kiss - Forever Young, specifically the lyric “I wanna be forever young,” which plays during the climax of the scene, and how it reflects that Jesse is the romance of her youth, he’s her Hannah, a romance that was important to her journey and which she even looks back on fondly… but like the song implies, it belongs there, in her youth. Sid, on the other hand, is the romance for her more mature self, the Sophie who’s experienced this whole long journey we’re seeing and grown from it. Sid is the mature romance, the one that lasts. The real one.

OHHHH i like this theory of forever young playing over sophie and jesse’s rain kiss better than the ones about jesse’s foreshadowing death. i don’t want sophie and sid to get together because jesse died. i want something natural, so i concur to your thoughts on this.

i think people are forgetting that sophie’s not had any exes before drew. drew was her first serious relationship, but jesse’s her great love at this point (well… sorta because i feel like a part of sophie will always yearn for ian as she hasn’t tried being with him yet). jesse will always be important to her, but adult sophie emphasizes that a great journey shall be taken before she gets together with the father.

so while i do not hate jesse, i think the reason why it’s more likely that sid is the father is exactly what you stated. he’s a lasting romance. he’ll be the destination.

hello! 

i’ve had this blog up for I think a week now? maybe? and i’ve never formally introduced myself.

my name is emily, but more often than not i just go by m, i just turned 27 on april 4th. i used to write on here for hockey players but i deleted that blog because of the memories that came with it, a friend and i would bounce ideas back and forth and i wrote from that and we aren’t even speaking anymore now. 

but aside from that, my interests are hockey (blackhawks, rangers, penguins), baseball (yankees), and football (steelers) so i might get really annoying so i apologize in advance. i also crochet and bake. 

my fandom interests are top gun, top gun maverick, marvel, criminal minds, vikings, outer range, star wars, and gossip girl. i wont write for pokemon, but i've been into pokemon since it released in the united state, and no matter how many pokemon come out, i will always be a bulbasaur girlie.

my favorite color is yellow, i have 2 dogs, 3 facial piercings, 9 tattoos, an associates degree in communication and a bachelor’s degree in pre-veterinary medicine from michigan state university.

i also swear like a sailor and anything spicy/smutty or angsty is my absolute favorite thing to read.
