Does Any of the puppets have nightmares. Who consoles them. Who tries to hide that they had nightmares.
Well, it is a shame to admit that some of our dear puppet friends do have rough times at the worst of times.
To answer your question, yes. Some of our dear puppets do occasionally have nightmares. Jake-y and I are trying to figure out more about what could be the reason.
Owey....well...he doesn't like to talk about the issue, but we suspect the spell probably reflected his night problems.
The ones we who suffer mostly the nightmares tend to be the main Handeemen
Oh yeah, Kathy, also sock puppets as well.
Nick is usually the one that wakes up cryin'. At first, it took us a while to get him to tell us what's wrong, but he eventually opened it up about it. I often try to console him or any of the handeemen, but I noticed that Nick feels more comfortable when Jake consoles him, so I let Jake take care of him when he's available.
We try to give him as much love and reassurance as possible.
From what dear ol' Jake-y had told us, Nick's nightmares are usually about him being abandoned by his family with nothin' but himself to fend on.
Daisy and Scouty usually reach out to me or Annie (Daisy's puppeteer)
Daisy's nightmares are usually about her issues and the fear of losing control of her danger mode again. Daisy knocks over mine or Annie's offices to have some good tea and a sweet little chit-chat. She feels so much better after those.
Scout's nightmares are rare, but they are usually due to stayin' up late and watchin' movies with my nieces. We have been workin' on her schedule with her father.
Riles and Morty in the other hand... *sighs*
My relationship with this two is quite rocky and difficult to say the least. From what I can tell, Mortimer seems to tolerate me more in comparison with Riley (which is certainly the worst)
He does wake up and cry for Owey in some times. He doesn't let anyone near him, not even his own handeemen, unless it's Owen. We don't know what his nightmares are, nor Owen wishes to tell us. We don't push that subject.
Riley tends to deny she has nightmares and refuses to talk to anyone (not even Daisy, who she seems to have a close friendship with) about them. I suspect that those are about good dear Rosco since I head her once mutter his name in her sleep.
She's a tough little one, but we respect her boundaries.
Well, thank you so much for asking, sweetie pie!
I hope this answers some your doubts
