Looking up from her work, the smell of nail polish in the air making it very clear what the shop owner was doing as she manned the front desk, Jiwoo raised an eyebrow at the man in welcome. "Hey. What can we do for you today at Forge&Fury?"
"A little bird told me about it."
Soo-ahn was not lying when he responded to the other's question. About a quarter of an hour before he had stepped foot in Forge&Fury, Lenore had come back.
He neither knew where she had gone nor did he ask. As soon as she landed on Soo-ahn's left shoulder—her preferred side—she revealed to the ever-curious warlock about a curious little shop just fifteen minutes away on foot.
As the warlock had nothing to do - he'd finished his first class and had an hour to kill before his woodworking club session - he decided he would go and find the place.
Lenore, however, was not interested in even trying to go in once they arrived. Instead, the raven familiar spread out her wings the minute Soo-ahn spotted the shop, fluttering away into the treetops.
Traitor, Soo-ahn had teased her, to which she marked him a stubborn monkey.
"I genuinely don't know what your, uh, business here is about so," he curled an irresistible smile. "Care to enlighten me?"
