Part 1 of the Floral Jewelry Solution, in which we discover that not only is Silver an emotional "rubber band", but that her hair is partially influenced by her emotions. As for summoning motion lines and transparent punctuation, that's Ginge's fault.

Also, the 'background text' in the second panel is just random frustrations Silver has experienced trying to make metal flowers. Normally the pieces she works with have a bit of thickness to them, but the petals she tried to work with are very thin, and thus have created a slew of new problems that she normally doesn't deal with.
