Hi Michael! So I need your help. My friend of 4 years has been self harming and not eating well. I don't know how to help her. I'm not good with these things. Can you help me at all? Give me something I could do to maybe help her? I'm scared that she won't get better.

All I can really say is, be there for her. That’s what she truly needs right now. Tell her how much you care about her. Make her realize the good. Its not gonna be one easy trip. She’s not gonna get better over night. I may take months. This is a very serious situation to deal with. Don’t feel like you’re the bad person if you have to talk to someone who could help her, like a counselor. You want her to get better. If she gets mad at you for doing so just know you did the right thing. I hope she gets better. xx
