and oh dang, i hope so?? maybe nothing as ambitious and time-consuming as this comic but i definitely want to do more art like this

also, i’mma be real for a minute, this is the kind of content i’d love to dedicate more time and energy to making but having to focus on things like commissions and other responsibilities, it’s difficult, you know? it’s why i started a patreon, and if it ever kicked off it would definitely take a lot of the pressure of having to do so many commissions

The Hunter Journal entry for this statue talks about speculation of an even older kingdom before Hallownest that once worshipped the Void. Maybe the statue is just cracking because it was actually the very first one made… even worse implications, though, because we done woke up something even more ancient and powerful than the Radiance.

i was more thinking that the knight literally gave up their own individuality to become the God of Void but they still probably exist in there somewhere

so like, cracking statue probably doesn’t mean anything great for their psychological state right now i’d imagine since they basically pressed the button on Erase Self

(also it’s strongly implied by what you find in the Abyss that void had no form or focus even when worshipped and was just a sea of darkness, and the Knight has created something entirely new by becoming the god of it, which is

worrying)
