Hi. What is the nursery ?

It's an age regression zodiac-themed blog and Discord server! Most of our activity is in our server, where we host movie nights, a weekly chore system, and more!

I want my room to look more "little" if that makes sense? More like a kids room yknow. Any tips/ideas on how to add more kiddie stuff to a rooms decor? (Really hoping this makes sense, im vry tired and words are hard rn)

Sure, it makes perfect sense! It just depends on what kind of little you are. Fairy/twinkly lights are always a good addition, especially if you're photophobic like I am. You can get curtain lights and hang them above your bed or window, or colored christmas lights (mine are purple with bats! [They're technically Halloween lights]) around your room or wrapped around your bedframe. Five below has really cute lights that work well for $5 (both aesthetic bulb ones and tiny lanterns). A cute blanket, maybe a cute rug or the foam puzzle blocks they use for kids. Stuffies are always a great addition (mine are stacked in a tower in the corner of my room). Your favorite little toys and a toybox, if you're open as a little. You can get a corkboard and hang up your favorite stickers (i have committment issues with putting stickers on things) or your favorite pictures. I hope this helps!

Tips for regressing with a caregiver in person for the first time? I’m too shy and nervous about it and I end up pulling myself from the headspace too quickly and before my carer gets to see my regressed side.

Don't push yourself! If you're nervous, then you're nervous. Allow yourself to get comfortable. If it doesn't happen the first time, just give it time! It's okay to not jump into it right away!
