There are anatomical differences between demons as well as humans, whilst you do have your typical fiend demon, which might simply differ in skin colouration of the unusual kind for humans or larger size or a deeper “entrance” that can take on much bigger sizes, there’s also demons that fall under more specific animal like categories, in which case it’ll depend on that specific demon. Some avian demons might not even have a penis at all but a cloaca instead. Reptilian demons might have 2 penises in which case good luck <3.
But generally it does just come down to your specific demonic partner communication is important !!
As for pregnancy, cambions do exist which are results of demon and human mating, impregnation between the two is more rare than for two demons or two humans but I think demon mating periods play a huge part in such thing.

Cultural differences will for sure be there, there aren’t that many relations between humans and demons to lay it down in specifics but demons take courting in a much more “violent” way, severed limbs of those who have wronged you are not an uncommon gift.
