Me… went through a lot and there are more to deal. But enough is enough! You are NOT for everyone, and that's OK! Yes, it’s sad when you finally accept that saying NO can be unpredictably taken as impolite message. Saying NO is good for your health, soul, happiness, experience and wellbeing. It calls assertive approach and makes you stronger. Pls do not feel bad with this approach, be more confident because you are right. Since years I was that person, never refused to help, support, always offer help even people moved me away. I was that person who as the one arranged parties, trips and take others to have fun, the one who was no matter what. So here are times when I needed these the most, while cancer was attacking my body, making myself feeling low and weak - I needed many of support. Yes, I have few friends I can account on but there were many to offer such a help. But for how long can I use these people to join my path? No one asked me to come over and cook for my kids, no even asked me to take my kids for a walk or trip, no one offer help to drive me hospital and home back. Where were you? I have enough of promises to visit me, to check how I am not even texting, calling, chatting. I am not the person who is willing to talk about my condition- if u truly know me u know I am the most positive person, fun and reliable to make conversations including any subject to talk, travel, work and exercise. It’s all depends of symptoms after my treatments. But even after these not pleasant precedences Everyone would need the time, presence and support. I am nit that person any more. I am assertive. My happiness and well-being are the most important. I do offer help as much and as often as my strong attitude, level of energy and ability let me do so.
