Let's take a look at how to assign job goals to your employees in minutes.
Login to the AssessTEAM portal, visit the Persons tab, let’s pick Joe Doe here and Click on the Goal icon to set his goals.
Select the appropriate Evaluation levels, and select from the master list to assign job goals. We can also create new goals by clicking the Add a new performance indicator button. Enter a new goal, select the appropriate scale and click save.
Set the Evaluation Frequency, set the repeat interval.
Assign the due dates to goals and SAVE the configuration.
Goal setting can be enabled for team managers or persons themselves too.
Evaluation can be completed using the links shared in the email, smart devices, or web dashboards. Select waiting Evaluations to start a pending evaluation. Click on start evaluation, select answers as appropriate, leave notes wherever applicable, and click on the Finish button to complete the evaluation.
