There's a very special place in my heart for littles falling asleep next to/with someone. Anytime I think about it, I get so mushy inside.

Like Harry falling asleep in Stanley's cabin after he had a nightmare.

Or Sol worn out at the end of the day laying his head in Heather's lap.

And Frankie getting so tired from crying he falls asleep sitting on the floor, in Nedward's arms.

let me know if this is weird but what do we think about post expedition incontinence issues for the cold boys. Ned being physically unable to hold it. Graham needing puppy pads. Poor Jopson struggling with incontinence and trying to keep it from Crozier at any cost, not wanting to seem frail. So many angles to this...

I've actually got at least one similar ask in my inbox from a few months back (that I'll hopefully respond to one day im so sorry-) that speaks about Jopson incontinence as well.. it's not weird at all! I want to talk abt it actually, if you'll have me.

Ned I think would realise when he's about to lose control so he tries to get to a safe spot/the seat, though he doesn't always make it in time ...

Graham on puppy pads ‼️ just. Yeah. I mean, it's probably the most comfortable way for him to stay somewhat dry.

Jopson feels terrible about it, but only in front of Crozier. He can joke about it with fellow stewards (some of whom struggle too ehm Billy ehm) but in front of Crozier he's terrible. And Crozier doesn't even mind it at all is the thing. But it takes several long comforting talks for Jop to even admit he sometimes has trouble.

Best and worst at teeth cleaning? I feel like in general the puppies are difficult with it, and Ned is great bcs he's a little mama's boy who rlly does anything as long as he gets a cuddle, Neil is especially bad he flops down on the floor, rolls over and goes boneless as soon as he sees his tooth brush (does not like the feeling, does not like the taste, REALLY doesn't like being told what to do)

The pups are pretty difficult, yea 😬 maybe if someone does it for them? I think Sol might hold in place long enough for Heather to brush them. Not so sure about Pilks and Hoar though.

Ned and Johnny are absolute angels 🥰 Except when they're baby, then their CGs wait a bit for the brushing until their headspace changes..

For Neil I may have a half-solution! ☝️ Stick method. Rub a soft stick against his teeth.. Works exactly like a toothbrush, but without most of the yucky sensation and sound. But there's still the issue of hating to be told what to do... :((

Another little that doesn't struggle is Sophia imo ^_^ most of the time doesn't even have to be reminded to do it. Sometimes forgets, but that's okay.

i'm writing a Zoo trip fic.

Specifically I'm compiling all the stuff that's so far been said about zoo trips on this blog, picking out what I love most (a lot of it. maybe all of it?? idk yet), adding a lot of my own thoughts and making one big coherent fic out of it. But now I'm balancing between involving everyone and keeping it mild...

This isn't an issue of getting it done, I think I have enough inspo for all of them to get a few scenes at least, but it's an issue of "would you read that ?" I'll be very happy to write it, it's just a question of interest - whether you'd like to read something so character-dense at all. Then again this is the terror fandom we're speaking of, so my hopes are high... xDD i do want to ask anyway.

I'll give more info about the choices below cut if you want more of my thoughts before deciding. im doing this as a little break between drawing ^^ i'll get back to drawing soon i just need to chill a bit before the burnout gets me lol. (also if i end up as a pin up calendar artist, i want to be in full strength ;p)

As many characters as possible. with a lot of focus - could range anywhere from 10k to 60k words. I'm leaning towards this, but that's because i have "the more the better" disease lol. This would probably be a long collection, with several chapters/fics connecting to one another. Lots of groups hanging out together, playing, their CGs chatting in the background, or just hanging out with littles they don't get to see much otherwise. i have 1k words so far and the fic hasn't even started so maybe there could be more than 60k actually holy sh-

a group of 15-20 people at most- and all get equal focus - this would probably be the fitzier household, hodgving, sol-heather, neil-gibson, ross-gore, mcdonald-stanley and their two henrys, with silna and blanky sprinkled in. (that makes 18) As for the wordcount.. 30k maybe? im terrible at guessing wordcounts ;_;

crozier, fitzjames, ned and jop + glimpses of others - this it the idea i first started with, but i've since expanded. I can still do this one, i don't really have much written outside of it, it wouldn't be a loss. And it'd give me opportunity to explore stuff i haven't yet done with the four of them! give them space.

just crozier, fitzjames, ned and jop - i would probably keep that at 20k at MOST. im not saying i don't have ideas for them, but it's only 4 characters! there's only so much they can reasonably experience in one day before ned gets tired and starts crying🥺

Oh my goodness, your latest art of little!Solomon and caregiver!Ned with the other terror lieutenants!! Just too cute!!

And I'm SUCH a sucker for little!crozier!! The hc of Frankie with Jopson feeding him puree is SENDING me!! Just love the sweet moments Frankie has with Jopson and jfj!

The purée has got me thinking of various sweet littles and cg's with ice cream to keep cool in the summer (maybe homemade ice cream? Altho that might be a bit over the top with small ones to look after/short attention spans 😂). Would more than likely be quite messy (not to mention the sugar!) but also so fun! 💕

Oh, we make this low effort ice cream at home - it's just blended fruit with sugar added, then frozen in little tubs or big trays and later cut into cubes. Some people put cream in it but i don't like that :c

What I was trying to get to is i think some littles might have fun making it ^_^ just don't go too near the blender ○_○ Only☝️ to put more fruit in it to blend it. And don't put your hand in there.

It would be SO messy though yea😭😭 Johnny has fruit juice all over his shirt. Sol has bits of fruit in his hair because he keeps touching it. Harry spilled a whole bunch of fruit mush in his lap and sits there confusedly looking up at McDonald like "help??? Im stuck??"

The little ones love pouring it in the tubs though, when we ignore the accidents lol

Silna time actually-

She's not a natural caregiver but she does her best anyway. Doesn't have her own little, but she will help around during bigger events, or when nobody else is close enough to help in a little emergency. Whether that is a messy diaper or a scratched knee or a toy stuck in the tree, she's right there.

McDonald really appreciates the help. Sometimes little Henry just Won't let go of him, so he can't even move, which is when Silna helps a lot.

She gets a bit overwhelmed by multiple littles so she usually sticks around a few at a time. Preferably one or two. And also only a few times a week at most. It's taxing...

She loves doing outside activities with the littles - games, sports, anything really. When Graham and Sol decide to go jogging in the park, she goes too. And when Harry wants to play badminton she plays against him and if he wins he gets sweets as reward

Billy never really wanted to be a cg but is roped into it just from being a steward..theres a few that do cling to them (they have no clue why ssdf) magnus for example i think will follow & help with chores in a modern au. Tommy just shadows them a bit. Obv hickey,, but even the lts at times.

Like of course billy comes in to dress ned & oh hes little & wet the bed- billy sighing and changing him once again.

They'll do the job but will grumble throughout.

Honestly love Magnus tagging along with them... feels very right actually. Billy will be doing something entirely unrelated and Magnus sits next to them... When he's small at least he'd probably seek them out.

Waaaiiit wait wait. the lieuts! Yeah! Especially when nobody else is there at the moment, Billy will sigh but go sit the little down and calm them... They have a very soft soothing voice which, say, Johnny would appreciate. But really, every little does
