I crumple up the paper and throw it away.
This simple actions brought on many thoughts.
I just wasted paper.
That wasn’t a good thought anyway.
I don’t even know where to begin.
The first time I discovered I could fly; it was sublime.
I felt this joy, this happiness. This “I knew it!” feeling. I didn’t know what to do. As soon as I felt my body lift off the ground, it was as if this invisible matter or force radiated this energy around me to help propel me up and forward.
I started thinking about what I was going to do with this. Of course I want to travel but a visible object moving across the city sky would surely be spotted easy.
I could wear black and travel by night. But the lights shine so bright it’s hard to hide.
I got it! I could go to the beach and start gliding off the water. And into the sea. Once far enough I would go into the sky. And fly through the night sky enjoy the floating feeling.
But it wasn't floating, it’s like you're concentrating on generating an energy out your body to propel you up and move where you want to go.
You have to be able to push your own body weight physically so you can do it mentally. So that your mind knows what the weight feels like.
That is why doing a lot of body weight exercises are important. You must be able to control your whole body weight perfectly in order to fly.
That was Rule number 1.
The Golden Rule.
I remember the day I learned I could fly. It was the happiest, scariest, safest, most exciting and astounding day ever. Extraordinary it was.
