👁️ EYE -  what colour are their eyes? do people notice their eyes? is there anything special about them (shows emotion easily, literally magical...)?

vae , as to be expected , has purple eyes! specifically the shade of purple seen on the floruit stone in THIS picture. in most of her verses, where the targaryens were mostly wiped out , her eyes are obviously very noticable. purple eyes are a staple trait of targaryens ( and daynes ) , but its even more striking when she’s one of the last Targaryens left. her eyes are probably very expressive when she’s younger , a wide eyed and innocent girl , but as she gets older she learns how to prevent a more stoic image of herself. 

🍰 CAKE SLICE - favourite cake flavour? are they specific about types of cake?

vaeyella loves strawberry cake. if you want to know a way to her heart , it’s strawberry cake. in any form! bundt , pound , short cake , strawberry and fudge. just give her strawberries in general tbh

🌱 SEEDLING - what is their most vivid memory from childhood?

this isn’t canon by any means , seeing as vaeyella is an oc , but probably one time where vaeyella wandered off and viserys suddenly appeared in front of her shouting. while it was quite scary at the time because she was six , she actually looks back on it quite fondly and laughs about it with daenerys , seeing as it was one of the few instances where viserys showed he cared about her. 

💎 DIAMOND - how rich are they? can they live the lifestyle they want to?

depending on the verse , vaeyella is L O A D E D. she is a princess , and she knows that she is. her dresses are lavish , her hair elaborately done. she is quite tomboyish in personality , but tbh she never misses an opportunity to flaunt with her fashion.

1. What does their bedroom look like?

it’s big and spacious, and all covered in green. i like to imagine it has a very tall ceiling, a bit window, a very tall four-post bed with green satine baldachin. something kinda like THIS.

2. Do they have any daily rituals?

yes, in fact! she has two. she used to have three, back when roegner was alive. while roegner lived, it was a daily ritual for calanthe to sit down with pavetta before bed and braid her hair while they listened to drogodar play music for them, or one of the handmaidens read a book out loud. after roegner died, she had much less time for that. however, calanthe still has two rituals - in the morning, putting her make-up on (powder, lip dye and perfume) and in the evening, taking a bath in scented oils.

13. Sexual Orientation? And, regardless of own orientation, thoughts on sexual orientation in general?

calanthe is unapologetically bisexual. she loves handsome men and beautiful women. and she believes that love is blind. you fall in love with another person’s soul, not their body.

14. Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.) 

after the feast of pavetta’s 15th birthday and being smashed against a wall, calanthe suffered a permanent damage to her spine. you can read more about it HERE. 

21. Turn-ons? Turn-offs?

calanthe is turned on a lot by sensuality. she loves slow touches, long kisses, she loves being held. she is turned on by scents, too, and when her lovers are being loud in bed. what turns her off is insistance, especially in man. if she said no to you once, you trying again is just gonna annoy her (unless your name is eist tuirseach)

44. Religion?

calanthe does believe that gods exist, but she does not put much faith in them. she believes in herself, her sword and her wits. she does, however, sometimes pray for melitele and usually does participate in any religious events and celebrations that happen through the year.

48. How do they express love?

if calanthe loves you, she will protect you with her dying breath. you will have all the kindness in the world from her, and you will never want for anything. her love language is physical touch. she will hug you, rest her hand on your arm, shoulder or knee, lean close to you and against you, kiss you on the forehead or cheek.

17. PREFERRED MODE OF DRESS AND RITUALS SURROUNDING DRESS

As the Princess of the Alders, Lara is used to dressing in only the highest quality of elven clothing. We are talking fancy gowns with intricate elven designs, sometimes with accents of flowers and jewels thrown in. As for her dressing ritual, she has her handmaidens help her. 

However, if she’s on the continent in the world of the Aen Seidhe for long periods of time, Lara will adapt to their ways, wearing dresses and especially A LOT of cloaks because of how most elves aren’t quite welcomed in areas. During these times, she will dress herself mostly.

And as for my “Lara Survives” AU, she switches out her luxurious elven dresses for simple, modest dresses and a cloak because she’s constantly on the run. 

27. WHAT IS THEIR BIGGEST REGRET?

Oh boy, this is a loaded question for her. Which one should she begin with? 

Leaving behind the comfort and safety of her home. Abandoning her people and her father. Hurting the ones she cares for because of the choices she made. Her relationship with Cregennan being the cause of his death. The tragedy befalling anyone who carries her gene. 

But out of it all, there is one she will NEVER regret: choosing to love Cregennan despite it all.

The troubador huffs, straightening out his doublet as though that’s going to make much of a difference from Geralt’s point of view. Really, Dandelion doesn’t understand the problem with it; aside from the color and, he supposes, parts of the shape, it’s not altogether that different from his usual attire, and Geralt hasn’t commented on that in quite some time. Not since they’d met, really.
