"well, well. look who it is, what are you doing here gorgeous?”

He shakes his head slightly, turning his back to face the wall as they step forward in the line. The fabric of his coat g r a z e s the wall briefly as he leans back on his heels as he searches for the right words. It wasn’t even a d i f f i c u l t question. Not really. It n e v e r had been something he questioned. His life was only ever going to go one way, and it was music. He’d do whatever it took to reach that dream, and that dedication to his craft hadn’t wavered since he was five. Now as an adult ... the idea of giving up was even more ridiculous. What would have been the point of it all? What would he even do? “ My life would be r e a l low ... zero, ” Danny says, nose scrunching slightly as he imagines it. He shudders momentarily and shakes his head once before looking back to her, his typical easy smile resettling on his features as he q u i r k s a brow. “ If you think that’s dramatic, I just gotta say you’re wrong, ” he says, attempting to make his point as she slides his hands into his pockets and leans lightly against the wall, “ I can’t even I M A G I N E what that’d look like. It wouldn’t even be l i v i n g anymore. ”
