What I think we should be concerned about is that it may get worse. We seem to be at a point where THE STATE OF OUR WELLBEING is threatened whichever way we turn, by factors that seem to be beyond our control. The way we think, feel and behave is gradually getting out of balance, and it's affecting our ability to cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, and make positive contribution to our community. Without exaggerating, on daily basis I get people telling me during consultation how they really will like to leave their Marriage, break up from their wedding engagement, tender their resignation letter at work despite the fact that they might be due for a promotion, or are just at a point where they wish they can just disappear. So many people are tired of WHO they are, WHERE they are, and WHAT they have. And when people get into such a state of poor mental health like this then we need to slow down, and become very concerned about our own well-being and that of our neighbours.
