he's not dressing masculine because he's a cis/trans guy. she's not dressing feminine because she's a cis/trans girl. they aren't dressing conventionally-neutral because they're non-binary.
they are all dressed like that because that's what rapresent them the most, that's the style they feel comfortable in. If they wanted to dress the opposite, they would and could.
If you think that a transfemme or a transmasc have to dress masculine or feminine you're just recreating cisgender gender norms. don't do that.
