how about Ateez and their aesthetic? What does each member remind you of?

mmmm. it’s funny how you asked me this right as i made a pinterest board for this blog lmao.

SEONGHWA: clean, neutral-toned rooms, neatly written notes, white and soft pink roses, expensive cologne, crisp city nights lit with street lights and store front signs, nice button-down shirts with jeans and converse.

HONGJOONG: deep, bass-filled studio nights, lo-fi rap music, dark reds, the spicy smell of cinnamon, late nights filled with tangled legs and long talks on the sofa, long car rides at night with nothing but music breaking the silence

YUNHO: living room tables filled with snacks, movies playing in the background, a floor covered in soft blankets, soft pinks and blues, comfortable flannels and ripped jeans, just clean enough to not be considered an entire mess rooms

YEOSANG: dimly lit arcades, nights spent on the rooftop stargazing, alien conspiracy theories just for fun, 8-bit music, deep mauves and charcoal greys, dark rooms with glow in the dark stars on the ceiling.

SAN: hot lattes outside a small coffee shop in the afternoon, tangled and messy sheets, soft music with smooth instrumentals and strong vocals, beds full of stuffed animals, bedside tables cluttered with miscelleneous items, the dewy feel of a cool morning through open windows

MINGI: loud rap and trap music, oversized hoodies, acid washed jeans and timbs, collections half-drunk cans of coke, browser histories with weird searches like very specific meme descriptions and how to peel kiwis, piles and piles of laundry that could either be clean or dirty

WOOYOUNG: large white tees and baggy sweatpants, sensual music with heavy basslines, deep purples paired with soft lavenders, mellow nights spent playing 20 questions, dark rooms where you can’t make anything out but outlines of bodies, late nights spent in the dance practice room with low lighting and the floor covered in sweat

JONGHO: walks so late at night that it’s still and quiet, low-volume indie music, ambiguous and faceless mirror selfies, candid pictures taken while you aren’t paying attention, watching the day become dusk as the sun sets, nights spent huddled up on the couch with popcorn and action movies

SEONGHWA likes to idly rest his hand on the back of your neck, playing with the hairs at your nape and gently massaging it. subtle possession.

HONGJOONG likes to have his hand resting on your thigh when you sit, gently resting on your hip when you stand. subtle possession x2.

YUNHO wants his arm (or both, if he can) around your shoulders. he wants you close to him.

YEOSANG is a simple and subtle man. he wants to stand close to you and link your pinky fingers. and then he’ll smile softly to himself.

SAN isn’t particularly picky or consistent with where he rests his hands; he just wants them on you. but his favorite is slightly up your shirt, resting on your tummy.

WOOYOUNG likes to have his on your waist or the small of your back. subtle possession x3

JONGHO isn’t very touchy; standing/sitting close to you is usually enough for him; maybe close enough for your knees or arms to touch. but if he ever does want to touch you, it’s usually while you’re alone, and he likes to rest it on your knee if you’re sitting.

(these are very similar so i’m answering them together) ok so i feel like i answered a lot of them with this one, so i’m gonna just touch on the ones i didn’t:

YEOSANG is fairly quiet about that. if you pay close attention, you might catch little smiles when you laugh or smile or say something that he finds especially cute. but overall, he’ll be extremely neutral and friendly around you unless he has some signal that you feel the same━which if you do, he’ll definitely notice; yeosang is an observer, and his eyes catch just about everything.  but you’ll notice that he’ll want to initiate skinship a lot more often. he’ll want to be near you. he’ll watch you so intensely it will feel like he’s burning holes into your skin. and when you notice him, you’ll see him melt into the mushiest puddle ever.

SAN will flat out just tell you. you’ll probably think he’s joking at first (san is a very affectionate person by nature and is always outspoken about how much love he has to give), but it will soon become very obvious that he’s not. and if you decide to ignore it or don’t catch on fast enough…this wild boy will absolutely ask for a confirmation on how you feel about him; he is incapable of sitting back on uncertain thoughts and feelings, and anyone else doing so makes him uneasy. things with san move fast and deep.

WOOYOUNG is another one that will never hide how he feels about you. like san, his flirting will seem like it’s light-hearted and joking, but should you ever show the slightest sign of being affected by it, he’ll notice. and he’s not going to let you get away from it. he’ll tease and flirt until you’re seconds away from losing your sanity, desperate to be the only one to ever have your attention. it will seem like typical boy games of flirty cat and mouse…but you’ll be able to see in his eyes how sincerely he wants you to love him like he loves you.

JONGHO is another member that will show nothing at all until the exact moment he picks up that you just might feel the same way about him…and then he melts all at once. he’ll smile at you so much more; he’ll want to be as close to you as possible; he’ll jokingly tease you more and more…he’ll stare at you like you have the whole universe in your eyes. jongho loves hard and intensely, and it will feel like it’s hanging so heavy in the air that its suffocating you. you won’t be able to ignore it at all.

3:12 am soft kisses with mingi in the studio ♡

[3:12am] mellow rap music plays softly in the background of mingi’s studio, the room lit only by mingi’s desk lamp and the string lights you’d bought for him last week. you’re curled in the chair next to him, your entire body swallowed in the spare hoodie he’d had hanging on the back of the door, teetering on the edge of slumber. your eyes are barely open, head hanging towards your shoulder, and you don’t see mingi watching you, trying not laugh.

you’re startled awake by him gently rolling your chair closer to his. rubbing at your eyes, you raise your head and he takes your free hand, guiding you into his lap. arms wind around your body, and he chuckles as he feels your face nuzzle against his neck. “don’t fall asleep.” he twists in the chair, shaking you awake, and you suspect this is the real reason he wanted you in his lap.

“mingiiiii,” you whine. “it’s so late.”

“i’m almost done.”

you shake your head leaning back to pout at him. “you said that an hour ago, too.”

he drops his chin to meet your eyes, and you don’t see even the slightest hint of remorse in his. he finds you funny when you’re tired, thinks it’s cute when you whine about wanting to sleep. he bends to touch noses, giving you slow, sweet eskimo kisses. “i mean it this time, baby, i promise,” he whispers against your lips before kissing you softly.

you hum against his mouth, your hand, sheathed in his sleeve, cups his face, holding him to you. mingi pushes away from the desk, leaning back in his chair as his work is temporarily forgotten.

yunho helps y/n clean their closet and starts flipping his shit over how tiny y/n clothes are since she’s smol. bonus points if he calls y/n baby girl or princess

yunho snorts for what has to be the tenth time, and you gnaw at the inside of your cheek. you know exactly what’s got him so amused, and you’re not amused by it one bit. “yunho, i swear to god….”

the little chuckles he’d been trying to stifle become full outbursts of laughter, and you turn to stick him with the driest stare manageable. as expected, he has a pair of your jeans in hand, clutching them to his stomach as he laughs. “but babe,” he says through his amusement. “babe, look.” he holds them against his own legs, raising one to better see just how short it fell of his own foot.

you turn back around, continuing to fold and sort through your own pile as his laughter starts up again. you ignore him as best you can, knowing that if you watch too long, you’ll be laughing too. 

as if he’d ever allow that.

within seconds, long arms are wound around your torso, his large body crowding your back. his face is buried in your hair, and you can feel the smile on his lips against your scalp. “don’t be mad, baby girl. i love how small you are. it makes it easier to do this.” arms tightening their hold he lifts you from the ground, spinning you and effectively knocking over the neatly stacked clothes to your right, but you don’t care.

your room is full of your joined laughter.

um— their reaction to you being experienced and taking control over their first time? 🤧😶

SEONGHWA watches you with sharp eyes, catching your every movement, noting every change in expression. he’s quiet, and his hand rests on your waist with the all the pressure of a down feather as your lips travel up his throat. he seems calm, but the entire time his hand itch to take you by the waist and flip you over, to feel you beneath him and make you whine and beg for him to take you. please don’t tease him; his reaction won’t be gentle if you do. and when you finally lower yourself onto him, his eyes burn with need and his hands clamp down on your hips. don’t expect him to let you keep control much longer.

HONGJOONG is all smirks and confidence, lounging back as he allows you to have your way for as long as you want. often, his hands will drift along your skin like butterfly kisses, just to watch goosebumps raise on your skin, just to see you shiver and squirm. you can push his hands away, but it won’t be long until he’s at it again, whispering sweet words of how beautiful you are, how much he loves watching your body move. sure, you’ll be moving at whatever pace you set and he won’t take any steps forward without you saying so…but you both will know who’s actually in control.

YUNHO is no less excited about you being in control than when he is, and he’ll enjoy every second you having your way with him. unlike the older members, he’ll close his eyes and completely surrender to your touch, losing himself in the way your skin feels on his, groaning and shivering when you tease him (but tease him too much and he’ll be inclined to take back over). simply by reflex there will be times when grabs onto you with the intent of steering the pace and your movements, but should you scold him or push his hands away he’ll listen. he just gets so into sex with you that he moves without thinking. you taking charge will be something he wants to do again.

YEOSANG is apprehensive but bit interested to see how you are when you’re in charge. it’s something the two of you never exactly establish during sex, more of a push and pull than someone directing and controlling the pace. he’d be a bit tense at the start, waiting for a need to step in that doesn’t come, and will probably need a bit of coaxing from you to relax and give control to you completely. but once he does, he’s all yours, putty in your able hands. though yeosang isn’t a very vocal lover, he’s a very expressive lover, and his body will react to every sinful touch placed on it, his head thrown back in silent cries and stifled moans as you move against him. he’ll enjoy it, but he wants to immediately follow up with him being in charge; he likes balance.

SAN will think it’s a game just like everything else, and he wants you to play hard. he wants you teasing him within an inch of his sanity. he wants your lips and hands all over his body. he wants you to claim him in whatever way you see fit. san won’t touch you at all unless asked; you wanted control, and he’s gonna give it to you completely. loud. san is vocal during sex anyway, but touch him in the right places, ride him at exactly the right pace, with exactly the right intensity and his moans will be the only thing filling your ears. san wants you to completely ruin him, and if you don’t, he’ll be inclined to remind you how it’s done.

MINGI will be torn between his want to take on what he feels is his natural role and wanting to watch the way you become the baddest in the world as you work him. he’ll want your hands all over him while simultaneously wanting his all over you. he’ll be curious to see if you can make him groan while wanting so much to be the one to make you scream, and the side that wins will be completely dependent on you. show him that you know exactly what he likes and exactly what you’re doing, and you’ve snared his attention. mingi does not like to be teased or denied anything; tease him and it’s over. mingi is big on complete satisfaction and wants to be made to feel like the king of the world. touch him, work him up push him over the edge, and then bring him back down. he won’t want this often, but when he does, he will absolutely ask for it.

WOOYOUNG is an even mix of san and hongjoong; he never gives up complete control, but he wants to watch and see if you’re just a capable of ruining him as he is of ruining you. he’ll talk to you non-stop, teasing you, sneakily running his fingers across every sensitive part of your body he can reach as he softly groans and murmurs things like “i like that, babe. you’re so good to me. are you having fun? no no babe, touch me there….like that.” into your ear the whole time to the point of you having to push him away to maintain your sanity. whether or not you hold control is completely up to your level of self control because he will not make it easy and the second you get flustered? it’s over.
