So I'm watching Legend of Korra, and I noticed that the beginning intro is different. That'd be cool if it was a continuation.

So it started out: Water, Earth, Fire, Air

Right. And then the Avatar was born, so the next cycle should start with Water.

So why is this saying: Earth, Fire, Air, Water?

If anything, shouldn't it be: Air, Water, Earth, Fire?....

Oh. The last Avatar with an airbender, and the next cycle was water. So water was put at the beginning.

This Avatar seems to be a waterbender, so the next would be Earth.
