No refunds possible for cancellation or non-attendance.
Course networking highlights:
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on friday and saturday.
A course closing cocktail will be organized on friday.
Provided and required instruments:
Please bring your magnification loupes as well as any specific surgical instrument you wish to use. Basic instruments will be provided
