On May 29, 2015 I decided to join #LimeLightbyAlcone just to retail to my clients. I told @kataragon that's all I wanted to do. She didn't pressure me to create a team, she just let me do my thing. I couldn't focus on it the way I wanted to and that was just fine with Kat. I barely had any sales and thought many times about giving up but she was kinda like 'ok' and let me be. I think she and @sherryrestifo I wouldn't leave because I was very much active in the groups, cheering others on and asking questions to better my business. I got my first team mate, and then got my second. I told @pureaddictioncosmetics "I don't know what the hell I'm doing." She then said, "We'll figure it out together." And what's what we did. I finally got to my first promotion after a year. I continued to grow the team I didn't want and loved every minute of it. I attended our annual conference and something clicked for me. I knew I was in the right place at the right time. My team has continued to grow and I don't want to just retail to my clients but I want to show people these wonderful products we have but also show people not all direct sales companies are bad. We have amazing leaders that will help you, we have amazing owners, who reply to your email on suggestions to help you with your business and LimeLight as a whole. *hint it was my idea for the snap chat filters for #LimeLightPalooza2016 * but most of all, we are truly a family. I'm not a real mushy person with people I don't know, but we are. We will help you in any way that we can, we want everyone to success. I often text @feliciayvette about what we need to do and we aren't on the same team, but under the same umbrella #TheFACECrew but we don't care. We want both of us to win at everything.
