Anubis! Again. Lol, I saw someone mention they didn't know who this asshole was and, well, couldn't help myself.

Anubis is a normal Papyrus, or... He was supposed to be. He was an experiment with his brother in Gaster's programs to try and get outside the barrier, often used as an example to Sans on how not to do things.

A long time after Gaster's disappearance and forgotten self in the underground, the child fell. And fell. And fell again. Resets counted in the thousands trying to get through and see every ending, and Sans grew tired. So, he decided to try and work on whatever Gaster had left and wound up disappearing.

During his disappearance, Anubis grew more and more cognizant of the fact, with his brother gone, he had to step up to the plate and take over for him. So he set to work. He fought the child in Sans' place at the end, refused to speak more than a handful of words to them, either commenting on how he wishes them well or that he doesn't quite know what they were planning, but to be careful.

This is when a peculiar thing happened...

... Sans returned. But he wasn't quite Sans.

^^ So this is my papyrus!! His name is Anubis, his brother's name is changed to Cane as well. Personal favorites.

The follow up to the last post!

He's covered in dust and blood, a torn scarf ripped to pieces up to his throat. Anubis doesn't quite know what to do as the skeleton stalks closer.

It only takes a moment, the other lunges, and Anubis reaches out. Stopping the other dead in his tracks.

Blue magic and a hand on the other skeletons head keeps him at bay.

"Who are you!? What have you done with Sans!"

He ignores Anubis' question with a raucous, wheezy laugh.

" so ... " he perses, tongue lolling from between two jagged sets of teeth. " did h e le a ve y ou ? "

" What ...?

" isn 't th a t ju s t cr u e l. " the strange sans seemed to take enjoyment out of the statement, soul caught, knife just out of reach of the other skeleton.

" Stop this! " Anubis moved, pressing bone up tight to the skeletons soul.

"Who are you!?"

Meet, the Sans in question: Roke.

Roke is a sans with a hm. Mixed experience and may or may not be slightly insane.
