Day one of #audiobookathon and I have wrapped up Romantic Outlaws (5 stars), started and finished The Graveyard Book (4 stars - Gaiman is an excellent narrator), and DNF'd Illuminae - just not my genre. Now I need to find a new full cast audiobook. Suggestions??

Yay! Finished my 3rd #audiobookathon book. I quite enjoyed Casino Royale which is the first James Bond series book. It's short, has a lot of good action, and Ian Fleming's writing style is pretty cool. Add on to that the fact Dan Stevens reads the audiobook brilliantly and I had a grand time with it. I will say that the gambling and spy stuff got a little confusing for me at times so I do recommend have the physical copy on hand. Finished my 2nd #audiobookathon read! Viva Durant and the Secret of the Silver Buttons was a cute children's read about a girl searching for a treasure using the Miss Mary Mack rhyme as a map. It's a easy listen and it has some music going on in it. I will say that there are a few points where the recording mix on it could have been better. Readathoning in April

Planning to leave behind my reading slump with #ContemporApril, #autisticpridereadathon, #OffTheGridReadathon and #audiobookathon this month!

April has me with a (comparatively) lighter galley reading list so I am all for participating in more readathons this month, which is why I went with these 5 below.  There are plenty of good readathons this month, and some I really wanted to do (like the A-Spec April or the OWLs Magical Readathons or the Unsolved readathon-> check those out, they sound really interesting) but couldn’t do because…
