Listen Toward the Ground
For the International Symposium on Electronic Arts ISEA 2012 Machine Wilderness, Albuquerque New Mexico, I composed this site-specific soundscape work, designed for listening to while walking. Using headphones and a voice-guided tour format, it superimposes the soundscape of oil and gasfield infrastructure from northwest New Mexico onto the soundscape of downtown Albuquerque.
