Wanted to join a Jewish genealogy group because Arolsen couldn't help me further, but boy is there drama in the groups I've found on Facebook. Arguments about "pure" heritage and what not. I just wanna know why my grandfather's aunt ended up in Auergesellschaft or if it's someone with the same name and birth place. Don't give a fuck about the rest. Don't know who could help me further. I need to travel to Brussels when this damn pandemic ends but who knows how much time it will take and how many archives I'd have to go through in different places and countries.
