Need a Skid Steer Auger That Can Rip Through a Strong Ground?

If you already have an Eterra Skid Steer Auger, then you have made a great start. Now you just need the auger bits that can do the job you want done. In this case, you have solid earth you need to rip through and there is no better tool than the Eterra Cast Heavy Duty Auger Bit.

Now this skid steer attachment is not actually intended for solid surfaces like driveways and concrete. We only recommend the rock augers for that. But in cases where you have rock, boulders or even lava, this is the ideal skid steer attachment for the job.

What’s great about the heavy-duty auger bit is it fits nearly all 2-inch hex drive units. To add protection and strength to this skid steer attachment, the cutter head and tooth holders are cast. It features gage teeth on the outside positions and chisel teeth on the inside. It also uses a heavy-duty double face and single flighting. What you might see with our competitors is double flighting, which adds no strength and makes the dirt bind and jam up inside it. The single flighting avoids this and provides a smoother flow.

This skid steer auger attachment is a 4-foot standard length with a 2-inch hex drive. You might also want to option for the Tungsten Carbide Teeth and Fishtail Point for a better performance. It actually comes with forged boring head hardened shock lock pinned-in teeth.
