That is not an option, CBS. That is not how any of this works. He does not get to decide if he'll deign to grace Fulton County next week with his presence as if they sent a polite request.
Half of me is hoping he ignores the summons. Watching Fulton Marshals & GBI agents apprehend his flabby ass in Florida or New Jersey would be soooooo sweet.
