i was watching this chaotic clip and like many the full interview of this has been wiped off the internet but this clip was so telling 1. harry’s no comment on simon being a good dad and 2. they ABSOLUTELY were being cheated out of their money. with how exposed they were and how much cash they were racking up ESPECIALLY in 2013 (their goddamn peak) i 100% believe they amassed a billion dollars and the label pocketed most of it. hell simon is worth $500 million and everyone knows artists maybe see 25% of their earnings and that’s only if they’re lucky. it’s crazy. it makes sense why all these full context interview aren’t online because my god the fucking TRAIL of how insidious simon, syco, sony is is extensive.
