It was nearing midnight and even though Natalia wanted to go home and sleep, she found herself sliding into an open booth at the local diner. Thankfully, it was open 24 hours so the staff kept busy and the former model wanted some coffee and a piece of pie. The coffee and pie didn’t take long to appear in front of her and once she was done texting her boss, she was about to dig in when she heard the bell above the diner door ring as someone walked in. This someone was no other than August Fitzgerald and she couldn’t help but smile. “Holy shit,” she breathed out. “August? What are you doing here?”
