ok but: let's be extra and consider... a pipe organ in a vampire mansion. i headcanon that the organ was one of the first instruments roderich learned in canonverse due to how long it's been around, so organ player!roderich x vampire!andrei sounds pretty cool to me
but vampire!romania is also pretty overdone, and austria does have vampire vibes himself. why don't we reverse it and consider andrei/whatever name you use for romania as a cryptid/monster enthusiast trespassing inside roderich's old as balls vampire mansion, but roderich is already full from a feeding from earlier so andrei doesn't get much outside of a rough scolding and lecture? BUT, we know what andrei is here for. roderich gets bombarded with an interview. who knows? maybe andrei becomes his familiar or something depending on how things go. i feel like roderich's executive dysfunction and selective laziness are a bit universal, so it'd be nice if he had a helper around his house. and hey, that means andrei gets to listen to him play his music. an epic bonus indeed.
