Clousy Clouse

Sad part is Clouse is one of those villains that doesn’t stand out much to me, which is a shame! He has loads of potential but these writers never actually like to build on characters just reuse nonsense over and over again.

Like, hell, kind of lame to have Clouse as the actual smart one in the Chen and Clouse dynamic and then just get tossed out that easily, and then a second time in season 6.

Can’t lie it’s a bit of a wonder to me that Clouse never ditched Chen. I guess it’s cause I don’t have a full understanding of their dynamic but TOO BE FAIR the show never gives it to me either. It’s obvious Clouse wanted to prove himself, prove he was stronger than Garmadon but like ??? why? No idea. I guess it’s up to us to speculate.

And shit, dude had some powerful dark magic (that as I recall you see more of in the comics and that extra season Tommy was working on) so it’s odd to me he never makes some kind of proper come back. Even if we stick to canon of him slipping out of the cursed realm to go after nadakhan, it’s never shown he’s like ??? gone lmao. He just got run off by the people of stiix where the fuck he go??

Clouse and Pythor villain team up 2020 Actually no put Machia in there too now the ninja are royally screwed. (Also snake squad snake squad SNAKE SQUAD)

Idk, him having a revenge arc would be really hecking cool to see, specially since at the very least I could relate with how gd bitter he’d be by this point. For some reason the ninjago writers as of late feel the need to just casually downplay like actual threats (oni with only four episode, return of the preeminent with only ONE FILLER EPISODE ???) And then spend like 90 years on stuff that really should not be a big deal (Why is Garm such a nightmare that shouldn’t have even happened to his character (how do a gang of bikers do more damage to the ninja than the oni bye (ice emperor supposedly massively evil does almost nothing to the actual ninja just random citizens)))

Anyway off that soap box yeah, Clouse as a come back could be like? A very threatening and interesting concept, could have a lot of fun with that, but I don’t trust these writers
